The 2017 Society of Vineyard Scholars conference will be held on June 22-24, 2017. It will be hosted by Elm City Vineyard, a dynamic, diverse, urban church in the heart of New Haven, CT. All meetings will be held on the beautiful campus of Yale Divinity School.

Confirmed plenary speakers include Miroslav Volf and Willie James Jennings, two of the most vital, public-minded, and churchly theologians of our time. We are truly honored to have them both with us. Further speakers, worship leaders, and special events will be announced soon.

The CALL FOR PAPERS, which will be released on December 1st, 2016, will center on themes connecting the Kingdom of God to the public witness of the Church.

Please put these dates on your calendar today! All further details are forthcoming, but this is surely a meeting you will not want to miss.

If you have any questions, please send them to .

@Jon Stovell: Many thanks. I see now I was just a little ahead of the announcement. I am hoping I can find a way to contribute.

Since the Scholars conference begins on a Thursday can someone help me to know if I can arrive Thursday or do I need to be there by Thursday am? Another way of asking when do sessions begin?

The 2017 program hasn't been drafted yet, but if 2017 follows the same pattern as all the previous years, sessions will start on Thursday morning.
