SVS 2015

We are thrilled to announce that the 2015 Society of Vineyard Scholars meeting will be April 16-18th (not the 23-25th as previously announced), hosted by Blue Route Vineyard, Media, PA. In the midst of a lovely walkable downtown with restaurants, coffeeshops, and parks, the conference site is five minutes drive from the conference hotel and fifteen minutes drive from Philadelphia airport. As in Columbus this year, we will run shuttles to and from the airport and the conference hotel.

The SVS 2015 Program Committee are hard at work on the Call For Papers, which will be made available soon. (In case you’re interested, the SVS 2015 Program Committee is Beth Stovell, Bethany Joy Kim, Todd Kennedy, and Jason Clark, and is chaired by Ryan McAnnally-Linz, with Caleb Maskell ex officio.)

Many more details about the CFP, speakers, travel arrangements, and so on to follow soon in a formal announcement atwww.vineyardscholars.org as well as by the normal email channels.

One sneak preview on the program to whet your appetite: Stanley Hauerwas. #YES

Mark your calendar.

Has Hauerwas' topic been announced as yet? Any ideas on who the other plenary speakers will be?
